Melbourne’s favourite sunny day drink – a beverage that’s not only incredibly refreshing and delicious but also radiates those unmistakable summer vibes. That’s an Aperol Spritz for you!
This summer, during the Australian Open, we’re teaming up with Aperol to set up a fun pop-up Spritz Bar in our Flinders Lane Terrazza.
From 4 pm to 8 pm every day, picture yourself soaking up the warm weather, sipping on an Aperol or a Campari Spritz in our outdoor area. Plus, you can grab some snazzy Aperol AO gear while you’re at it. And here’s a little tip: between 4 pm and 6 pm, you can enjoy our Aperol and Campari Spritz for just $10 during Brunetti Oro’s Aperitivo Happy Hour* – now that’s what summer is all about!
But wait, there’s more! To add some sweetness to your summer experience, we’re bringing back the Aperol and Yoghurt Torte – the perfect cake for this sunny season. This new version of our Aperol Cake is even better, with more punchy blood orange flavours and extra Aperol (win!). It’s like a slice of summer with its vibrant orange finish.
So, get ready to dive into the ultimate summer vibes with Aperol. Join us at the Flinders Lane terrazza from the 12th till the 28th of January and make your summer unforgettable!
While you’re there, check out our delightful January Specials and keep the good times rolling.
*Spritz are $10 during happy hour and $14 at all other times.
