These Terms and Conditions govern the “Golden Ticket” promotion conducted by Brunetti Oro (“Brunetti Oro”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing an Easter egg from the 2026 Easter Egg Collection, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Ten (10) Golden Tickets have been randomly inserted into selected Easter eggs from the Brunetti Oro Easter Egg Collection.
1.2 No separate entry form or registration is required. Customers automatically participate in the promotion upon purchasing an eligible Easter egg.
1.3 A Golden Ticket is redeemable for one (1) month of complimentary coffee, subject to the conditions set out below.

2.1 Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to receive one (1) complimentary small hot beverage per day for a maximum of 30 days i.e., 30 small hot beverage redemptions
2.2 Eligible beverages are strictly limited to:

2.4 Plant-based milk alternatives are permitted at no additional charge.
2.5 No substitutions, upgrades, size variations, iced beverages, or additional modifications are included unless paid for separately by the holder.

3.1 The Golden Ticket may only be redeemed at the following Brunetti Oro Melbourne store locations:

3.2 Redemption is not available at any other location.

4.1 To redeem the complimentary beverage, the Golden Ticket holder must present the original physical paper Golden Ticket card at the time of purchase.
4.2 The Golden Ticket card must be stamped in-store upon each redemption.
4.3 Only one (1) redemption per person, per day is permitted.
4.4 The Golden Ticket is non-transferable and may only be used by the original holder.

5.1 1 complimentary small hot beverage per day for a maximum of 30 days i.e., 30 small hot beverage redemptions
5.2 Any unused redemptions within the validity period will be forfeited and will not be carried over or extended.

6.1 The Golden Ticket must be presented in its original physical form.
6.2 Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, defaced, copied, or illegible Golden Tickets will not be accepted.
6.3 Lost Golden Tickets cannot be replaced, reissued, refunded, or redeemed for cash value under any circumstances.

7.1 The Golden Ticket is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product or service.
7.2 The prize cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
7.3 Brunetti Oro reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Golden Ticket and to refuse redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected.
7.4 Brunetti Oro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to applicable laws.
