What a fabulous creation! Choc mud and choc ganache was divine, moist, rich and decadent. I ordered a 46 serve cake, I think we could have easily got 80 serves, it was generously oversized. The cake was boxed nicely for transport which is appreciated. A problem we encountered, was the tape holding the base of the cake to the transporting cardboard box lining, which we couldn’t separate to display the cake and had to cut off the cardboard from around the base, but this didn’t affect the festivities.
