We recently ordered the chocolate mud cake in two different sizes and both were amazing.
The smaller cake (serves six) was for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely great — flavour, texture, and presentation were spot on. One tip: make sure you take it out of the fridge about two hours before serving as recommended, as it really makes a difference to the taste and softness.
We later ordered the same cake in the larger size for the birthday party for 70 people, and it was just as impressive. Everyone commented on how delicious it was, and there was plenty to go around!
Consistent quality, delicious flavour, and perfect for both small and large celebrations. Highly recommended.
