Beautiful cake! Fresh, light and delicious. Service from the Brunetti team was excellent.
This is a wonderful cake, not too sweet which reminds me of my travelling through Italy even if the name of this cake is Svizzera. The ingredients speak for themselves. The vanilla, chocolate and just a touch of Strega liqueur is absolutely marvellous! The chocolate, zabaglione cream, and puffs of bigne on top of the cake and crushed almonds coating just out of this world combination! I normally don’t have cakes or sweets but this cake is very tasty even for those who don’t have sweets on a regular basis. Thank you for making my Christmas a memorable one!
