We have noticed there is some confusion between cannoli and cannelloni.
Cannelloni is a savoury pasta dish. It consists of pasta sheets which have been rolled into tubes. Once rolled, the tubes are filled with everything from ragu to vegetarian options including spinach and ricotta.
Cannoli on the other hand is a sweet pastry. The pastry is rolled into a tube and filled with delicious delights including ricotta cheese, chocolate and cream.
