This Christmas, Brunetti Oro invites you to discover the Panettone Oro Collection: Traditional, Limone, and Gianduia — three unique creations made by hand in Melbourne, following the original recipe from Milan.

Each Panettone is handcrafted in-house by our pastry artisans.
For two full days, the dough rests, rises, and breathes — transforming into a soft, golden masterpiece that captures the essence of Christmas.
One of the most fascinating parts of our Panettone-making process is the unique way it’s cooled — upside down for over 12 hours! After baking, each Panettone is skewered and placed on a special rack that’s flipped upside down the moment it leaves the oven.
This careful technique allows the sweetbread to cool naturally without collapsing, resulting in a beautifully tall, light, and airy texture that defines the perfect Panettone.
Because perfection takes time, we create only 120 Panettoni each week — each one lovingly prepared and nurtured by hand.
